I'm always looking for ways to better myself and reach my goals. Recently, I started working with a coach, Emma Goldie, to help me navigate my personal and professional life.

I quickly realized that I needed a way to keep track of my thoughts and insights so that I could make the most of our time together. That's when The Therapy Journal: A Guided Reflection Space for Therapy Sessions came into my life.

Although designed for therapy sessions, this journal has worked wonders in preparing for my coaching sessions with Emma.

Before each coaching session, The Therapy Journal provides me with space to journal and capture my thoughts from each day of the week. This has been so helpful in allowing me to track my progress over time and stay accountable to myself.

After each coaching session, I can take notes on what we discussed, what action steps I need to take, and any realizations I had during our meeting. This has been invaluable in ensuring that I'm making progress and staying on track with my goals.
